Tickets for wheelchair seating are limited for events with assigned seating and must be ordered in writing.

Ticket prices:

The prices for our events apply according to the current price list available on our website. The prices shown there already include the legally required sales tax.

Payment:

Tickets purchased online via the webshop store.piber.com al print@home or digital tickets must be paid for using one of the credit cards visible during the ordering process on the homepage.

Orders placed by mail, fax or e-mail can only be paid for using the credit cards listed on the homepage and at the ticket counter, or in cash or with an ATM card if the tickets are picked up at the ticket counter in good time.

In the ticket store of the Lipizzaner Stud Piber, payment can be made using the credit cards displayed there, by ATM card and also in cash.

Payment must be made at the latest at the time of collection. Tickets are not valid until payment has been made in full. The Spanish Riding School - Lipizzaner Stud Piber GöR reserves the right to continue to demand the purchase price in the event of non-payment despite the possibility of reselling the ticket. In the event of default of payment, notwithstanding the right to claim further damages, entrepreneurial default interest within the meaning of § 352 UGB (Austrian Commercial Code) shall be agreed from the date of the event.

Delivery, dispatch, collection:

The Spanish Riding School - Lipizzaner Stud Piber GöR accepts no liability for any tickets that may have been lost in the post or for any other defects in the course of delivery by third parties, such as the postal service or messenger services. No compensation can be provided for lost admission tickets. Admission tickets may not be improperly copied or altered in the event that legal action is taken. By ordering or purchasing admission tickets, the user accepts not only the general terms and conditions but also the house rules of the venue.

Event cancellation, changes, refunds:

LMS Sport GmbH is only an agent and is in no way liable for the refund of entrance fees.
